During these unpredictable times, we completely understand that our customers want to be able to book their mobility scooter reservations with confidence. Thatās why, in the event that if you are unable to make your reservation due to health and safety guidelines, you are covered, whether you have already reserved a mobility rental scooter or if you make one today. Your mobility scooter can be rescheduled at any time, for any time in the future with no restrictions or fee's.

All cleaned and sanitized ready to rent mobility scooters are kept separate from soiled ones returned. Each scooter is sanitized upon return. The scooter is then transported to our separate secure facility for a thorough cleaning and sanitizing from top to bottom. We practice safe distancing procedures, temperature checks are preformed for employees every morning upon arrival, and all employees are required to wear a mask at all times. We use hospital grade sanitizers to clean all rental equipment, and our delivery trucks. Our facility is cleaned each and every day. High Touch points are cleaned multiple times during the day. We provide rubber gloves for every team member. Hand sanitizer is placed in every vehicle, at every entry door, and in every delivery truck. We require every employee to sanitize between each, and every customers pick up and drop off.
