Shipping policy

At Gold Mobility Scooters we in person deliver our rental products to all the Walt Disney Resort Hotels and Disney Vacation Club guests in person at the selected time they choose on our website during the reservation process. Please allow +/- 15 minutes for traffic. In person delivery is a Disney requirement, not a requirement of Gold Mobility Scooters.  We also deliver to Universal Orlando Resorts, and depending on the resort it may be a in person or a bell desk. It will specify clearly in the location drop down selection box weather its a in-person, or a bell desk drop. We also deliver to 100's of other resorts, and time shares in the Central Florida / Theme Park areas. A full selection of resorts and timeshares are available on our website. If your desired location is not on the list please feel free to call us to verify delivery 407-414-0287 or text us at the same number. We also have a local store in Kissimmee florida available for pickup of your rental.
