Refund policy

Cancellations are accepted at any time. However, you must cancel prior to 2 days before your rental date to avoid a one-day rental fee of $32.85. If you cancel within this period, you can choose to receive a credit for your next booking instead of being charged the fee.

Early Returns: Once a rental item has been delivered to the Renter, no partial or full refunds will be issued for early returns, regardless of the reason for the early return. The Renter is responsible for the full rental period as agreed upon in the rental agreement.
