Selected times are observed as requests. Please note adjustments within an hour of the selected time may occur. We strive to maintain all requested times the best we can, though some times may be shifted per availability. Renters will receive confirmation up to 48 hours prior to delivery/pickup with their appointment time.

Delivery orders needed within 48 hours must contact the office before booking to check for availability. Any order booked for within a 48 hour timeframe is subject to availability.

Please note that if an item is returned before the scheduled end date of the rental period, no refunds or credits will be issued for the unused rental days. All rentals are booked for the full duration selected at the time of reservation.

The Pride JAZZY Power Chair will ONLY be delivered to Disney and Universal property hotel/resorts. We only allow transport of these scooters on THEME-PARK-OWNED transportation systems such as their busses, monorail, or ferry boats. Personal transport in a rented, hired, or self-owned vehicle of any size is not allowed. It does not disassemble at all. Transporting of this device off Disney/Universal property will VOID all insurance coverage.

Average BATTERY LIFE 8-9 hours

Battery life varies greatly with WEIGHT of rider (+ any extra load), and terrain (each park is different). Over 275 lbs. battery life can drop more than 50%.
